How much does the Office of Housing charge?

There are several monitoring packages you can choose from. We have monthly, 1 year, and 2 year plans available. The 2 year plan provides the most savings but the monthly option is very popular as well.

Which files can I view on my phone?

All of our property records and reports that we deliver to you will be in the form of a .pdf document. As long as your phone is capable of displaying this type of image file, you can view any of our records and reports.

How do I cancel my membership?

We’re easy to work with. Simply send us an email if you would like to cancel or change your monitoring plan. There are no contracts or minimum commitments holding you to any specific length of time.

Can I change my membership?

Yes, you can change your monitoring plan at any time. You can increase or decrease the frequency of your reports by emailing us your requested changes. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your updated plan change to take effect.
